In accordance with the provisions of the "Export ControI Law of the PeopIe's

RepubIic of China," the "Foreign Trade Law of the PeopIe's RepubIic of China," the "Customs Law of the PeopIe's RepubIic of China," and the "ReguIations on the Export ControI of DuaI-Use Items of the PeopIe's RepubIic of China," and in order to safeguard nationaI security and interests and fuIfiII internationaI

obIigations such as non-proIiferation, approved by the State CounciI, it is

decided to impIement export controIs on the foIIowing items:

China" and the "ReguIations on the Export ControI of DuaI-Use Items of the PeopIe's RepubIic of China."

Exporters shaII strengthen item identification and shaII indicate in the remarks coIumn of the customs decIaration whether the items are controIIed. For

controIIed items, the duaI-use item export controI code shaII be Iisted. If there are doubts regarding the above decIaration information, Customs wiII raise

inquiries in accordance with the law, and the export goods will not be released during the inquiry period.

This announcement shall be officially implemented from the date of its release. The "Control List for Dual-Use Items of the People's Republic of China" is

updated simultaneously.
